Rowena's Inn on the River is a natural work of art. Nestled amidst majestic mountains and ancient fir trees this beautifully restored English style manor overlooks the banks of the Harrison River. Manicured gardens, meandering creeks and crystal clear ponds make an ideal setting for an unforgettable wedding day.

Part of the charm of Rowena's Inn is the fascinating history it has to share with guests. Situated on land originally granted by Queen Victoria, your guests will feel transported back to a simpler time with old photos, and old water-driven pelton wheel that still generates electricity for the Inn. Set in the relatively untouched beauty of British Columbia's wilderness, Rowena's Inn will give your guests an enchanting experience with stunning views and the grounds provide a wondrous backdrop for your wedding photos.

The spectacular beauty and charm that originally welcomed many of the first settlers to British Columbia is offered to you and your guest if they choose to stay in one of our five elegantly decorated rooms at the Inn, or one of the four private cottages adding to your unforgettable experience. All overnight guests begin their day with a hearty breakfast.

To ensure this day is special and relaxing take advantage of the Sandpiper Golf Course, which is located on the same property. This Par seventy-two course provides constant variety by combining varying degrees of difficulty with breath taking views. Take accommodations and receive a special discounted golf rate.

Rowena's Wedding Retreat

• Two night stay for Maximum 22 guests (double occupancy)
• Minimum of 10 guests (all rooms in the inn must be occupied)
• Choice of indoor or outdoor locations for your ceremony
• Use of the grounds for photography
• Intimate dinner reception at Rowena's Inn private dining table
• Breakfast included
• First morning served in the solarium for Inn guests and delivered to the cottages
• The morning of departure buffet breakfast will be served at Rowena's Inn private dining table, buffet style
• Guest Chairs and setup for ceremony
• Signing table and chairs

• Use of facility for 11 hours from 1:00pm to 12 midnight
• Choice of indoor or outdoor locations for your ceremony
• Overnight rental of all 5 (five) rooms upstairs in the Inn including breakfast the following morning
• Exclusive use of Rowena's Inn facility including portico and front yard for reception
• Use of the grounds for photography
• Option of indoor or outdoor bar setup
• Guest Chairs and setup for ceremony
• Signing table and chairs
• Personal Wedding Consultant to assist with

• Exclusive use of Rowena's Inn facility including portico
• Intimate dinner reception at Rowena's Inn private dining table

Pretty Estates Tent Facility Reception

The Pretty Estates Tent Facility features a 2400 sq. ft. tent with walls and windows.

• Up to 120 guests
• Exclusive use of our 2400sq. ft. tent facility from 1:00pm to 12:00am (including surrounding grounds)
• Includes tables, chairs, linens, dishes, cutlery and complete buffet set-up.
• Exclusive use of the tent to decorate and set how you would like
• Choice of indoor or outdoor locations for your ceremony
• Portable bar set-up for your host bar
• Use of the Inn grounds for photography
• Personal Wedding consultant to assist with:
  • Wedding consultation meeting
  • Tour of the grounds for the bride and the photographer
  • Arrangements of any accommodation needs on site
  • Food and Beverage selections

  A beautiful view of the Harrison River overlooking the golf course from the tent
