Intro to YOUR Mental Game
This two hour session will introduce you to how your brain runs your game.You will understand how to separate thinking from actual play.You will be instructed on how to find your pre-shot routine, and you’ll be exposed to techniques for handling stress on the golf course. This four hour session will allow you to take your game from the practice range to the first tee.It will help you manage your negative thoughts and pressure as you play.Finally, you will experience how to get in the “zone” when you choose to play your best golf.DVD or Workbook included.
