Sonny Roldan - Director of Food and Beverage
Sonny was born in Napa, California at the Queen of the Valley hospital. He grew up in Napa and Vallejo and attended public schools in both cities. He began his Food and Beverage career as a dishwasher more than 18 years ago and has experience in virtually every position in the restaurant environment. He has worked at many great Napa Valley restaurants, such as Mustards Grill, Bistro Don Giovanni, and Coles Chop House over the past 15 years. Nine years ago he came to the Chardonnay Golf Club and has cherished every minute since coming here. |
