Current membership is 80 active members. Minimum age is 60 years old. Must be able to shoot a score of 108 or less at least once in one of 5 member-accompanied rounds at Palo Alto from the red tees. Membership fees are $25 per year. Must play 5 times per quarter to remain an "active" member. Rounds are played at PAGC on Monday mornings, starting at 7:30 AM. Various prizes, contests and tournament honors are available during the year. Membership is divided into A/B/C/D flights by handicap. These are internal handicaps but generally conform to NCGA rules.
The club was founded in 1972. General meetings are held twice per year, Executive meetings are held quarterly. We operate under a Palo Alto City Recreation Dept. charter, and are thus subject to city regulation(s).
